In building our new home, we found Troy Visser very easy to work with. The quality of his work exceeded our expectations. He always did what he said he would do and completed it in a timely manner. We couldn’t have been more pleased and would readily recommend him to anyone considering a new building project.

We built a house with T squared in 2019-2020 and had a very positive experience. Working in a very collaborative manner, we were able to combine the clean lines of the mid-century architecture with modern building codes and products to deliver an energy-efficient house built for the rigors of living on a saltwater beach. Not to say we didn’t have bumps in the road but, we were able to work through any issue that arose, and the end product is superb!! We will definitely use T Squared on our next build!

Choosing a contractor was one of the toughest decisions. We interviewed several local professionals and they each gave us two or three names of contractors they recommended. Only one name showed up on every list. So we met with Troy and could instantly see why. He is easy to work with. His craftsmanship is the best in the business. His reputation makes all the difference in securing subcontractors, working with the bank, and passing inspections.

This was our first time building a custom home. We interviewed three reputable home contractors and Troy Visser, T Squared, quickly rose to the top of our list. He presented as a professional, confident yet humble contractor. He is a hands-on contractor and was at our job site daily. He has excellent listening and communication skills. We would definitely hire Troy again for any building or remodeling needs. He was a pleasure to work with.
